Affinity Connection’s drive for operational excellence is led by Anita Woodman and her background in process engineering. Anita brings great assets to the accounting, human resources and operations areas of the company, including her skill set as an engineer and her entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude.

Anita has held engineering positions with HRB-Singer in State College and Allied Signal Aerospace in Towson, Md., as well as positions at Penn State’s Office of Human Resources and College of the Liberal Arts.

Anita co-founded Pennsylvania Business Central and HappyValley.com with her husband Greg, and served in operations roles for both. She earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Penn State.

Anita and Greg are the parents of three active boys. She keeps busy as a volunteer for Boy Scouts, swim teams, and various school, classroom and extracurricular activities.
