Kimberly Fullam - Database Services Manager of Affinity Connection

Combining her technical expertise with a solid understanding of applying her knowledge to support client programs sets Kimberly Fullam apart as our Database Services Manager. Since joining Affinity Connection in September 2005, Kimberly has helped to maximize our investments in database technologies and to maintain the database of member biographical and giving information. Creating client and internal reporting while maintaining all records within the database is just one of Kimberly’s many skills as an internal specialist. She led our team that transitioned more than 130 client websites to our current platform. Seeing clients’s donors and dollars increase throughout the year is the best part of her job.

“Seeing excitement amongst the team when new and exciting numbers are announced is very rewarding,” she says.

Kimberly currently holds a degree in Technology/Multimedia and Visual Communication from the University of Phoenix, and an Associates Degree in Specialized Technology from South Hills School of Business & Technology.

Kim lives in Mifflinburg, Pa. with her husband Brendan and daughter Amelia.
