Fraternal Organization Brings Together Members from over
Seven Decades to celebrate raising $2.2M

Celebrating the re-founding of the organization after years without an active chapter to celebrate reaching 110% of their fundraising goals

The group has distinguished itself as a model of fraternal excellence. Over the past two years, alumni have worked tirelessly with us to secure over $2 million for their Re-Founding Capital Campaign. After surpassing their goal, they knew it was crucial to express gratitude to those who made it possible.

Alumni leaders collaborated with Affinity Connection to help organize and promote their annual reunion weekend this year, with a special twist: the organization would be celebrating the successful re-founding of their active chapter and the conclusion of their capital campaign. The celebratory cocktail reception and banquet featured the unveiling of a beautiful commemorative plaque, which lists the names of their generous campaign donors. The piece will be installed in the group’s Lodge.

Alongside the alumni boards, we created an online registration form to collect payments and a series of strategic email and print communications to promote the event to brothers ahead of the big event. We also assisted with the creation of signage, nametags, and table tents to be used throughout the weekend.

It was a wonderful culmination of all the hard work this special group has been doing over the past months. After the event, Affinity collected photos and videos from the attendees and created a photo gallery and recap article to share with their entire alumni base.

After 14 months of fundraising, the group reconnected seven decades of brothers at their chapter house to celebrate the tremendous success of their Re-Founding Capital Campaign.

“Because of the incredible generosity of our members, we have surpassed our goal by 110% and secured $2.2 million in alumni gifts and pledge commitments…

Epsilonians who graduated in the 1950s through today's actives were present for the happy occasion and a great time was had by all.”
